Customer Support Representative– Pewaukee
Our client, a distribution company, is looking for a detail-oriented professional to assist with processing business-to-business orders for distributors and small retail accounts. If you love working in a small office environment and enjoy a variety of tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Pay : $23.00 - $26.00 / hr
Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM, Monday – Friday
Location : Pewaukee
Responsibilities :
- Process orders received automatically through the company website and EDI
- Determine freight costs based on order size and add costs accordingly
- Obtain credit approval numbers through various portals as needed
- Answer phones and emails promptly to assist customers with product inquiries and order questions
- Enter new products into customer portals and complete new product item forms
- Assist with additional projects and office duties as needed in a small, team-oriented environment
