Warehouse & Inventory Specialist – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location : Germantown, WI
Pay : Up to $25 / hr
Shifts Available : 1st & 2nd Shift
Are you an experienced forklift operator with strong warehouse, inventory, and assembly skills? A leading company in Germantown is looking for detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to join their team!
What You’ll Do :
Operate a forklift safely (2 years of experience required)
Work off pick tickets and manage inventory using an ERP system & RF scanners
Read and follow shop orders & visual work instructions
Use hand tools such as routers, drills, and cutting tools
Safely operate bandsaws for trimming and cutting
Utilize measuring tools like tape measures and rulers
Maintain accurate records in data collection and quality control systems
Pull, stage, and return materials using a barcode scanning system
Assemble units and parts to meet quality and efficiency standards
Support 5S procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Who We’re Looking For :
Detail-oriented and independent worker
Experience with inventory management & warehouse operations
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
