What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNO Analyst/Programmer III position at SourcePro Search, LLC?

We are conducting a search for an experienced CNO Analyst / Programmer III.

Position Description :

  • Provide installation, configuration and operational use of network security devices including, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network traffic analyzers
  • Provide installation, configuration and operational use of anti-virus, anti-spyware, and commercial computer forensic tools and products
  • Collect on-net signatures for network security devices and identify those signatures that are unique to a particular device
  • Provide support to CNO developers by evaluating CNO tools and techniques with the above-mentioned security products and tools, and
  • Provide written reports on results of evaluations

Technical Skills Required :

  • Thorough C Development skills
  • Thorough Knowledge in Reverse Engineering experience
  • Adequate Low-level Assembly Skills
  • Experience with Network Devices
  • Experience with IPv4 Protocol and Networking
  • Can work well with a TEAM
  • Special Technical Skills Desired :
  • Experience with Ghidra
  • Experience with PowerPC or other RISC Architecture

    • Minimum Experience Required :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in programming, assembly, C#, C , Java, Perl, Python
  • Minimum 7 years of experience developing windows, applications using visual, studio or .NET environments or minimum 7 years developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
  • TS / SCI with Polygraph Required
