Main Responsibilities
Our Production Equipment Maintenance Lead will be responsible for:
- Directing and coordinating activities related to production equipment and general plant equipment maintenance and new installations.
- Safely maintaining, repairing, or replacing production equipment and systems.
- Ensuring assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
Key Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong understanding of Lean initiatives such as Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to operate, inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, service, and maintain equipment.
