What are the responsibilities and job description for the LITIGATION PARALEGAL (INSURANCE DEFENSE) position at SourcePro Search, LLC?
The ideal candidate will be an integral member of a collegial team of commercial litigation attorneys and staff. The team litigates complex matters on behalf of major financial institutions and other clients in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five to eight years of complex litigation experience in both state and federal courts in NY and NJ.
- Must have strong analytical and organizational skills and research capabilities, in particular, in Westlaw, Bloomberg and other legal databases.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
- Bachelor degree required.
