The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Lateral Partner Recruitment team in recruiting top lateral partners by organizing and executing process and projects.
What You'll Do :
- Enters and maintains lateral candidates in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner;
- Prepares interview schedules, sends calendar invites, prepares meeting details, and creates material packets;
- Solicits and tracks interview feedback;
- Maintains candidate files;
- Assists in preparing meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations;
- Communicates with various Firm stakeholders across all levels of the Firm as needed;
- Assists with market research;
- Coordinates seamless interview process for candidates when visiting an office or on Zoom and ensures virtual interviews launch successfully;
- Coordinates conference room reservations;
- Maintains FileSite workspace for Lateral Partner Recruiting including saving docs / emails using approved naming conventions and maintaining general organization of files;
- Supports coordination of weekly communications / pipeline reporting;
- Assists with processing candidates in Workday (the firm's HR system);
- Prepares check requests for payment of various invoices and processes team expenses using ChromeRiver accounting software;
- Updates forms, as needed;Performs other duties as assigned or requested
- Assists with special projects as needed.
