We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
*Duties*
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with office organization and inventory management
- Reconcile daily banks and sales
- Rotate weekend reconcillation tasks (usually can be done in 4-5 hours and gets weekend pay premium)
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in the us of Excel spreadsheets
- Strong with basic mathmatical skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
