Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk
South Bay Auto Auction's is currently looking for a full-time Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to help in our Accounting Department. Our ideal candidate will record payments and maintain accounts receivables records within company timelines and providing excellent service to customers.
Education and Experience required:
- AA degree preferred.
- Experienced in Quick Books and all accounting procedures
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Filing
- Heavy payables
- Proficient in MS office (Word and Outlook)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Bookkeeping (Accounts payable and receivable)
- With the following qualities:
- Supervisor experience a plus
- Multi-tasking
- Meet deadlines.
- Independent worker
- Work well under pressure
- Speaks and writes excellent English
- Work well under a fast pace environment
- Attention to detail
- Thoroughness
