Billing & Accounts Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Process all service and contract job billing accurately, ensuring correct rates and clear work descriptions for customers.
- Verify and manage deposit billing exceptions, stored material billing, and progress/final contract billing.
- Maintain and update daily billing reports.
- Set up and verify recurring monthly bills.
- Calculate and enter credit stock for projects and tickets.
- Input sales numbers and audit monthly spreadsheets for rate changes.
- Manage cancellations in QuickBooks and internal systems, ensuring proper documentation.
- Review and process subcontractor agreements for accuracy.
- Submit and manage 3rd-party service billing agreements and invoices.
- Handle AR collections, including outreach to vendors (Cox, PRA, Anthem).
- Monitor and update assigned service tickets, including creating new tickets as needed.
- Process COI and W-9 requests.
- Maintain organized job files and ensure proper documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing billing processes, agreements, and collections. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role.
