What You’ll Be Working On
- Engaging and communicating with clients in a professional, friendly demeanor
- Educate clients on proper preventative care for their pets
- Getting and maintaining patient medical history information
- Scheduling Appointments for Clients and their pets
- Checking-in and Checking-out Clients
- Fielding phone calls from Clients with questions and concerns
- Organizing and maintaining digital medical records
- Intaking and organizing retail inventory
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 40 pounds required
- At least one year of prior veterinary experience preferred but not required
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
- Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
