Your responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients and their families with warmth, and collecting co-payments. This is a full-time position requiring the following schedule:
- Tuesday: 8:30am – 6pm (9)
- Wednesday: 8:30am – 6pm (9)
- Thursday: 8:30am – 6pm (9)
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30 (8.5)
- Saturday: 8:30am – 1pm (4.5)

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred. Customer service experience in a health care setting preferred.
COVID vaccine and 1 booster required. Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Responsibilities:
- Greets patients in a friendly and attentive manner.
- Registers patients within Epic EMR ensuring all demographic, insurance, and billing information are correct.
- Assures the highest quality standards for all written and verbal communications with coworkers and manager.
- Confirms three patient identifiers to satisfy HIPAA Compliance.
- Books appointments in accordance with the organizations guidelines while incorporating the Patient Centered Medical Home model.
- Daily payment collection and reconciliation
- Performs reminder calls for appointments when necessary for clinic.
- Accepts additional responsibilities as requested.
