We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Central Office Coordinator to join our team at South Callaway County R-II School District. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our central office.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and a strong proficiency in technology, spreadsheets, and various office equipment. You will be responsible for greeting all visitors and fielding incoming phone calls, enrolling new students, assisting with state reporting, maintaining attendance records, preparing documents and reports as directed by the Superintendent, and managing the free and reduced lunch program and required reporting. Additionally, you will sort incoming mail, meter outgoing mail, assist the Superintendent with mail and email correspondence, keep current on PowerSchool reports, and manage the board of education monthly meeting agenda, board preparation packet, communications, and presenters.
