Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Ensure proper portion control and packaging of meat products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of equipment and supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality products.
- Collaborate with other food processing staff to ensure smooth operation of the meat department
Requirements:
-TEAM LEADERSHIP
- 3-5 years experience in the food industry, specifically in meat cutting or a related _field
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper procedures
