About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join our team as a Charge Nurse or LPN in a geriatric nursing setting. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff in the daily delivery of resident care
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring that each individual receives high-quality care that meets their unique needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided to residents
Qualifications:
- LPN or RN certificate
- Current SC LPN or RN license
- 1 year working in geriatric nursing, including experience with medication administration, delivery systems, and IV therapy, wound care, G-tube preferred
- Skilled in basic life support (BLS), CPR
