Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an Executive Receptionist with a high degree of service orientation, attention to detail and organization skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming visitors, and executives, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the company.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding calls as necessary.
Manage the company's main e-mail inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate executives.
Manage the company's main physical mail inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate executives.
Maintain the reception area, clean, organized, and presentable always.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Willing to assist with various ad hoc tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Provide support to executives as needed
Assist with special projects and assignments as assigned by management.
Willing to manage the ordering and stocking of weekly snacks for the office and keeping a tidy office kitchenette.
Arrive punctually at the established work schedule.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher education in business administration or a related field (preferred, not required).
Proven experience as a receptionist and administrative assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional and polished appearance, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Additional Details:
This position is in Downtown Houston, Texas 77002.
The base salary is $ 52,000.
Full-Time Benefits: After completion of a probationary period, you will be eligible for full-time company benefits.
This is an on-site role. We do not offer remote or hybrid working opportunities.
The ideal candidate must be available to start within one week of acceptance date.
