As a DORWAY Business Support SME Supervisor you will supervise the daily technical and administrative activities of the DORWAY Business Support SMEs on the DORWAY team, in order to support the agency's integrated tax system.
Primary Job Duties Include
- Assisting the DORWAY SME Manager with the operational management of the DORWAY Business Support SMEs section.
- Recommending and assisting in determining SME assignments for requests, projects, functional area coverage, and section coverage.
- Helping the DORWAY SME Manager in planning and leading meetings as needed.
- Ensuring that the DORWAY SME team exemplifies high initiative, self-motivation, accountability, adaptability, constructive ideas, and team spirit.
- Administering the employee performance program for those you supervise.
- Serving as a liaison between DORWAY Production Support and internal end users.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and assisting with production support requests and end user questions.
- Supporting end users through education and communication related to DORWAY functionality and changes.
- Conducting surveys and studies to address customer issues and needs.
- Evaluating survey and study data to recommend potential process improvements.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
- A high school diploma and relevant work experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services. OR
- A bachelor's degree.
Additional Requirement
- May require the need for extra working hours or hours outside of normal working hours as necessary.

- Hours: Flexible hours may be available from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week).
- Telework schedule: This position may be eligible to work remotely up to two days per week.
