We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clerical Educator to join our team to provide support to our front office staff by facilitating educational and training opportunities.
Position Overview
As a Clerical Educator, you will play an essential role in developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs across all SCPA clinics for front desk personnel. Reporting directly to a CBO Management Team member, you will collaborate closely with the management team to generate operational, productivity, and quality performance reports. Your insights will help implement action plans and best demonstrated practices to standardize, manage, and improve our service delivery model, workflow efficiency, and financial performance. All backgrounds are welcome to apply. The candidate must possess the desire and willingness to learn a new skill in addition to strong leadership, adaptability, and self-education skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Self-education: Gain the necessary tools by learning how the Front Office and Referral department operate, to fulfill the job requirements and responsibilities as a Clerical Educator.
· Training: Implement educational programs, ongoing training sessions and hands on training for front desk personnel, including receptionist and referral specialist.
· Orientation: Conduct sessions for new hires to introduce them to the facility's protocols, procedures, and culture.
· Training materials: Assess the effectiveness of training programs, educational materials, manuals, e-learning modules, workshops, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
· Assessment: Evaluate the performance and competencies of clerical staff through assessments, observations, and feedback. Analyze operational, productivity, and quality
performance reports. Identify areas for improvement and create individualized development plans across all SCPA clinics.
· Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
· Support: Serve as a liaison between the CBO and all SCPA clinics. Function as a resource person for clerical staff, answering questions and providing updates on best practices and procedures.
