Facilities Management Office Coordinator Full Time Days Position Summary:Provide support and assistance to Market Director Facilities Management, Environment of Care Committee as well as Plant Operations Departments at Hilton Head Hospital & Coastal Carolina Hospital. Manages computerize maintenance management system (CMMS), including inventory, preventative & corrective maintenance. Maintains compliance & maintenance records for the Plant Operations department. Schedules service both corrective & scheduled maintenance activates as needed for the plant operations department. Coordinates contracted vendor maintenance assuring vendors are scheduled timely then communicates schedules with plant operations mechanics. Manages documentation and communication for Emergency Management program. Recording secretary for the Environment of Care committee and sub-committees as assigned.
Manages Department specific IT system and applications:- Access Control- Security Cameras- ATG Life Safety & EOC Manager
Daily manages activity related to issuing building work permits such as above ceiling permit.Completes other duties when assigned.

Facilities Management Office Coordinator Full Time Days Position Requirements:
Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:A minimum of three years related experience and or training, with customers and various PC based applications such as Microsoft office.
