INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY TECH FULL TIME DAYS POSITION SUMMARY: Identifies and performs the duties, responsibilities, expertise, and education required to be employed in the position of an Interventional Radiology Technologist. Is responsible for safe, efficient care of the patient from admission through discharge from the radiology department. Performs a variety of imaging and I.R. procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Must work with affiliated Radiologic Sciences students from surrounding schools.

INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY TECH FT DAYS POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.Certified by the State of South Carolina to practice and administer radiation. Certification in I.R., preferred
Experience:One (1) year of experience under a board-certified radiologist.
Other Qualifications:Current BLS certification
