The President is responsible for the overall operations of the facility and all operating divisions. The President ensures organizational integrity, the provision of high-quality, efficient operations, financial results and the development and implementation of a strategic plan that aligns with the mission and vision of Novant Health. The role will also be responsible for the strategic plan and execution of coordinated service delivery for rural healthcare in contiguous counties. The President is responsible for the integration of hospital operations, community medicine, institutes and innovation centers to successfully deploy and implement strategic initiatives in a meaningful and effective way to achieve optimal outcomes for the facility and the organization as a whole. He/she must balance the authority of the role with direct leadership and oversight of leaders and front-line team members within the facility to the influential oversight of other corporate and indirect reporting relationships. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Graduate Degree, Required in Healthcare/Business Administration or Related field   Experience 7 years experience required, in progressive executive management experience and working knowledge of all aspect of a large, integrated healthcare system.
