Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with difficult customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is desirable.

PAY RATE: $20.71 - $31.25 Hourly
