South Central Bank, Inc., is seeking a qualified candidates for the position of Full-Time Level 4 Service Certified Banker in the Owensboro Market. The position of S.C.B. Level 4 is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to South Central Bank customers and future customers by being knowledgeable on all bank products and services. Interpersonal skills are imperative. The S.C.B. Level 4 is responsible for performing a variety of functions in a timely manner related to all phases of customer service, teller servicing, and new accounts. Routinely handles customer questions, inquiries, or problems regarding product, services, or accounts. Supervises full time and part time S.C.B. Level 1-3 within the office. Must encourage an atmosphere of continuous training and support teamwork. Performs performance reviews and employee interviews along with S.C.B. Level 3. Attends mandatory S.C.B. and staff meetings. Follows policies and procedures as mandated by SCB. Required to work Saturdays as scheduled.
Minimum requirements include:
- High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent
- Experience with cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work as a team player
- Teller experience
