Responsibilities-Overview
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems to ensure efficient office operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for various administrative tasks, including document preparation and scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support office management tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the team.
- Works closely with the Data Entry Specialist, Bookkeeper, and Director
- Other duties as assigned when needed
