Insulation Installer & Crew Leader Job Posting – South Central Services
Location: Greencastle, PA (Worksites across PA, MD, VA, WV – Home every night)
Pay Range:
- Lead Spray Foam Installer: $22 - $35 per hour
- Lead Batt/Blown-In Installer: $22 - $27 per hour
- General Insulation Installer: $18 - $22 per hour

Available Positions
Spray Foam Installer
- Install spray foam insulation in residential & commercial projects.
- Lead and manage a small crew while ensuring job progress.
- Keep truck and equipment stocked and clean.
Lead Batt/Blown-In Installer
- Install fiberglass batt & blown-in cellulose insulation.
- Supervise insulation projects and ensure high-quality installations.
- Oversee job site cleanliness and organization.
General Insulation Installer
- Work as part of a team installing batt & blown-in insulation as well as spray foam jobs and projects.
- Assist with job site prep and cleanup.
- Gain valuable industry experience and advance in the company.
Minimum Requirements for All Roles
✔ At least 1 year of general construction experience (preferred).
✔ Insulation installation experience (spray foam or batt/blown-in).
✔ Ability to maneuver in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, basements).
✔ Valid driver’s license &_ clean_ driving record (for lead roles).
✔ Comfortable working independently or leading a team.
✔ Experience driving a box truck and towing a trailer (preferred).
*MUST pass a pre-employment Drug Test
*Must be at least 18 years old

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
