- General Ledger Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records. Data entry and record keeping: Accurately enter and categorize financial transactions, including purchases, reimbursements, receipts, and payments.Maintain and update financial records, such as general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Organize and file financial documents and records
- Financial Statements Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist with preparing financial reports and statements. Respond to inquires and provide support to other departments. Learn and develop accounting skills under the guidance of senior staff
- Budgets and Forecasts Assist accounting team in preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Regulatory and Compliance Conduct regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policy of SCMHC
- Accounts Payable Manage and process accounts payable timely and accurately. Reconciliation and Verification: Assist with reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.Verify the accuracy of financial data and identify any discrepancies
- Accounting Software Input, process tasks, and audit the accounting software
- Oversight Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
