What you will do:
As a Revenue Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the operation of a contact center within the Motor Vehicle Division. In this lead worker position, you will assist the Information Section Supervisor in managing incoming calls, ensuring they are handled efficiently, and providing guidance to staff with any questions or concerns. You will be responsible for offering support and training to other Motor Vehicle staff, county treasurer staff, and the general public regarding the laws and procedures related to vehicle titling and registration. Additionally, you will assist with the upkeep of the customer portal and data systems used within the Division. This role also requires the ability to train staff and county officials, with occasional travel as needed. This individual will work on collections including letters and jeopardy assessments.

- Experience working effectively in team settings, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- The ability to interpret and communicate laws, policies, and information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
