Looking for a rewarding career with great benefits and paid time off? The South Dakota State University’s Beresford Field Station is seeking a full-time Senior Secretary to join our team. Job Responsibilities This position is responsible for a wide variety of duties in support of research conducted by the off-campus research station. Administrative support is provided to the manager of the research station, research station staff, research and support personnel on SDSU campus, and advisory board of the research farm. This position manages data for statistical analysis; archives data for future reference; reviews all incoming emails for the farm supervisor to bring attention to critical emails and occasionally is responsible for answering email communications (as requested by the farm supervisor); this position also acts as a liaison with the farm board. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :   Knowledge of :

• Computer software applications (Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, etc.)
• Customer service practices
• General knowledge of production agriculture (preferred)
