USD seeks a Solutions Engineer to coordinate, plan, design, develop, and maintain the University's digital presence. Duties include design and development for USD's websites, design, support, and development for Marketing communication platforms, Enrollment, and Retention systems.

The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining university websites including, but not limited to search on internal resources, search engine optimization (SEO) results, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. The individual will serve as technical contact for digital marketing applications, including data ingestion, maintenance, administration, and configuration of queries for communication with target audiences. Additionally, the person will configure communication journeys in digital recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical guidance and oversight for the university's web page and overall digital presence.
• Manage and optimize web search on internal resources.
• Implement and monitor search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve search results.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards for all digital content.
• Serve as a technical contact for digital marketing applications, including data ingestion, maintenance, administration, and configuration of queries for target audiences.
• Configure and manage digital recruitment platforms to create and optimize user communication journeys.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development, SEO, and digital marketing.
