Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment. The Security Guard will be required to do hourly checks at predesignated areas, ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor assigned areas, including buildings, grounds, parking lots, and entrances.

· Respond promptly to any situation requiring security.

· Report incidents or safety hazards promptly to management.

· Monitor for unauthorized persons or vehicles and take appropriate action to report or remove them.

· Hourly checks of specific stations, including sprinkler riser houses.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Reliable

· Ability to operate a forklift – to plow snow, spread ice melt (will train if needed).

· Ability to operate or be trained on a sweeper.

Schedule: Flexible Schedule

Hours per week: up to 32 hours.

Wage: $20/hr. $1.50 Swing shift differential

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
