Job Title: Dockhand/Boat Operator
Our company is seeking a skilled Dockhand/Boat Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both dockhand and boat operation duties, with a particular emphasis on operating boats in tight quarters.
Responsibilities:
- Operate boats in tight quarters, including docking and undocking
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo and passengers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of boats and dock area
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boats and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and boating license
- Ability to operate boats in tight quarters with precision and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
