We are seeking a Patient Care & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The Coordinator will work with our team to educate potential patients about our services, doctors, and surgical process. You will be selling surgical procedures, educating patients, maintaining patient charts and CRM records, and responsible for meeting goals. The Coordinator position includes commission and bonus compensation in additional to an hourly rate and benefits. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with clients, has a strong work-ethic, is well organized, and has an attention to detail. Experience in cosmetic surgery office strongly preferred.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming interest by answering phone calls, email messages, text, and web chat.
- Communicating information about procedures, our surgical process, surgeon's credentials, the pre-operative requirements, and our key differentiators.
- Maintaining patient charts and CRM records to keep information up to date and orderly.
- Strengthening relationships with patients and potential patients.
- Garnering positive reviews and resolving patient complaints when they arise.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has sales and/or customer service experience.
- Has cosmetic surgery or healthcare experience.
- Has interest in cosmetic surgery industry.
- Is able to connect with people quickly and build trust organically.
- Is able to present the center's core values through clear and competent written and verbal communication.
- Thrives in a busy environment and is able to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
