DESCRIPTION
To lead the Sunday morning experience in South Hills Students (SHS) alongside a team of volunteers. To better creatively connect, interact, teach and influence the students and families of South Hills Church so students can develop an authentic faith.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Jesus centered life (1 Tim 3:1-13)
- Humble/Teachable/Coachable (Philippians 2:1-4)
- Committed to the mission, vision, values, and model of South Hills Church.
- Has experience working with kids in the context of a church
TIME COMMITMENT: 20 HOURS PER WEEK: Part-time
OTHER TIME REQUIREMENTS: Monthly leaders meetings and any other meetings as they arise
JOB EXPECATATIONS:
- Plan, develop, and implement all aspects of South Hills Students
- Recruit, train, lead, and retain a volunteer base for each area of the ministry
- Budget: Maintain the ministry budget throughout the year
- Communicate with leaders and parents on a regular basis (via social media, emails, texts, etc.)
- Baptisms: Work with Campus Pastor to develop a plan for preparing baptisms for students
- Events: Plan and execute events for South Hills Students and leaders throughout the year
- Curriculum: Ensure all aspects of curriculum are ready each Wednesday
- Facility: Ensure facility is safe and clean for ministry on a weekly basis
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: In person
Salary : $19 - $23
