Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Water Treatment Installers with gathering tools, materials, and equipment for various tasks.
- Transport, load, and unload heavy equipment and materials safely.
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems.
- Perform "runner" tasks to retrieve tools and materials as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment for optimal efficiency.
- Follow instructions and work collaboratively under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Assist with the setup, testing, and inspection of water treatment systems.
- Ensure the work environment remains clean and organized.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in diverse environments, including confined spaces.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Physically capable of working in various environments (indoor, outdoor, and confined spaces).
- Strong physical dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess equipment performance.
- Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the water treatment field.
- Reliable, responsible, and organized with excellent time management skills.
