Job Description : As the Office Manager at South Jersey Water Conditioning, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the finance and human resource functions of our organization. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, office operations, and providing support to various departments.Responsibilities :
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Oversee office facilities and equipment maintenance, including liaising with vendors and service providers
- Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality
- Handle finance functions such as invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and other human resources functions.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
- Onboard new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and administering employment paperwork
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and records related to finance and human resources
- Support other departments as needed to facilitate communication and streamline operations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional assistance
- Implement and maintain office management systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices related to office management and finance

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates Degree in office administration or related field preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite and office management software
- Proficiency in Payroll and Benefit Management systems
