Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for troubleshooting and providing support for Windows Operating System.
- Responsible for ghost imaging, configuration, and documentation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and provide support of PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Troubleshoot and support wired and wireless network connectivity in a LAN / WAN environment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and support telecommunication network.
- Install Microsoft Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used applications.
- Oversee projects assigned to various staff and student workers.
- Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.
Required Education : Associates degree in a computer related field.
Required Experience : One year experience in a computer related area.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Skilled at providing PC support with both Windows and MACs.

Preferred Experience : Experience configuring VOIP and networking devices.
