Bilingual Production Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bilingual Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment.

Duties

• Operate and monitor production equipment, including stamping presses and milling machines, to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to maintain high standards of quality.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in CAM programming as needed for specific production tasks.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating press machinery, including welding and stamping presses.
• Strong understanding of materials handling processes.
• MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Experience with quality control processes in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for working within a team environment.
