Summary : Responsible for supervising program functional areas such as Quality Control, PIC and Billing compliance. Responsible for development and implementation of training and communication of policy changes in accordance with Section 8 Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) regulations.

Primary Responsibilities :
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
Organizational Relationship : Directly reports to Director of Technical and State Programs. Indirectly reports to Division Director. Direct reports of this position are Quality Control Specialists, PIC Specialist, and Billing Specialist. Indirect reports of this position are State Programs Staff.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 25 lbs. Ability to walk up and down stairs.
Working Conditions : As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Programs Supervisor, RAP Technical will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by SMOC in various programs funded or administered through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. A successful background check is required.
