Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Director, Residential Recovery, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the Case Managers and staff in conjunction with the Program Director. Key responsibilities include:
* Communicating effectively with collateral providers to ensure coordination of care
* Managing and developing staff to ensure optimal performance
* Completing required paperwork in accordance with company policy
* Attending engagement team meetings as requested
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with program/department, agency, and/or funder requirements, as well as SMOC policies & procedures. A Master's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or Human Services is required, along with excellent organizational, training, and time management skills.
