The Substrate Facility Manager is responsible for developing, validating, and implementing commercial processes involved with the preparation and incubation of the growing substrate of selected fungal species. The position is responsible for monitoring and controlling all facility operations. Scheduling all tasks in a timely manner so that the farm can function in a predetermined set schedule. Have a sound understanding of the growing process to mentor and direct all facility employees to achieve company KPIs of substrate quantity and quality.
