What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workforce Receptionist Levelland position at South Plains Community Action Association?
Will perform reception work, providing a positive first impression and excellent customer service. Will supports all telephone communication throughout Workforce Solutions by answering and routing all incoming calls. Will send messages and necessary information to all staff throughout the center. Will complete VOS Greeter registration on all customers entering the center. Will route customers and provided general information to both job seekers and employers. Must possess ability of personal computer operations within a Windows Microsoft environment, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Will assist job seekers with completing a Workin Texas application and referring job seekers to job openings. A High School Diploma/GED is required. Education, training or certification beyond high school in clerical or administrative duties preferred. Proven clerical experience required. Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.
