Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction estimating and project management, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively. This role is critical in ensuring accurate cost control and pricing for various construction projects, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
- Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather data for accurate pricing.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bids.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals that clearly outline the scope of work, pricing details, and project timelines.
- Responds to any client questions regarding quotes in a timely and professional manner.
- Preform additional duties as may be assigned by Leadership at any time.
- Local travel as needed.
