Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team at South Seminole Hospital. As a Clinical Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing patient care in an area of the hospital where patients have advanced illnesses or injuries. This requires highly trained team members with advanced skills and a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and revise individualized plans of care based on patient needs and responses
* Prioritize patient care in an ongoing manner in accordance with Evidence-Based Practice Standards of Care
* Communicate effectively with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to plan and manage patient care
Qualifications
* Graduate of an approved school of nursing
* Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
* At least a year of RN experience preferred
