The Cash Management Intern will help facilitate the delivery of a new online business product to our business clients. An ideal candidate will be organized, have great customer service skills, and be comfortable speaking with clients by phone and working in a fast-paced environment. This internship will run through the summer months (June - August).

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Responsibilities
- Monitors and assists client requests initiated through Business Online Banking (BOB) email.
- Monitors and assists clients through the Business Online Banking (BOB) phone channel.
- Assists clients with business online service requests.
- Assists new clients by helping with basic service requests and providing tutorials as needed.
- Assists the Cash Management team with Bank projects.
- Provides exceptional customer service by projecting a positive and professional image of the Bank.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED required, pursuing Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Excel.
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
