Essential Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN degree preferred.
- Four or more years of previous nursing experience.
- Past supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You should also have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as experience in an ambulatory environment. Basic Life Support certification is also required.
