**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct phlebotomy (venipuncture, fingerstick, and heelstick) according to established procedure* Train colleagues on proper phlebotomy techniques* Identify patients and verify unique identifiers before collecting specimens* Ensure proper labeling and storage of specimen tubes* Perform quality control checks on laboratory equipment* Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, nurses, and physicians*
