- Process retail agency communications to provide customers with the highest level of service and obtain information on account questions
- Prepare and submit applications to retail agents for binding of new and renewal business
- Enter new and renewal business binding into the company management system, AMS360
- Execute endorsements (policy changes) and cancellations, following guidelines presented in training
- Support the retail team by completing additional tasks as needed
