AI Specialist for Club Soccer Organization

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy AI Specialist to revolutionize our soccer club’s operations, player development, and overall growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI Integration and Strategy:

• Develop and execute an AI-driven strategy to improve the club’s operational efficiency and competitive edge.
• Identify and implement AI tools for player analysis, scheduling, marketing, and community engagement.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and recommend innovative solutions tailored to the soccer industry.

Player and Team Development:

• Use AI to analyze player performance through video footage, wearables, and training data to provide actionable insights for coaches.

• Develop predictive models to track player progress and potential injuries, enhancing long-term player health and performance.

• Create customized training programs using AI for skill development and performance optimization.

Operational Efficiency:

• Automate administrative tasks such as scheduling, registration, and communication.

• Utilize AI for resource allocation, including field usage, practice schedules, and staffing.

• Implement chatbots or virtual assistants to provide real-time support to parents and players.

Marketing and Growth:

• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in membership and engagement.

• Use AI to optimize marketing campaigns, including targeted email, social media ads, and website content.

• Enhance fan engagement through personalized experiences such as dynamic content or interactive features.

Community Engagement and Education:

• Create AI-driven tools for parents and players, such as virtual coaching apps or interactive learning platforms.

• Educate staff, coaches, and players on the effective use of AI tools and resources.

• Build relationships with technology partners and vendors to keep the organization ahead of the curve.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in applying AI technologies to real-world problems.

• Strong understanding of machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Preferred:

• Experience in sports analytics, particularly in soccer.

• Familiarity with wearable technology, computer vision, or video analysis tools.

• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Pay: $26.60 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
