Responsibilities
As an Office Manager / Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and administrative tasks. Your duties will include :
Bookkeeping Responsibilities :
- Manage A / P and A / R processes using QuickBooks and Wallace software
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank, credit card, and loan accounts
- Post weekly payroll and handle 401K data upload and fund transfers
- Provide data for Workers' Comp audit and prepare 5500 forms
- Handle monthly sales tax reporting and payments
- Oversee record-keeping and payments for insurance policies, with owner / CFO assistance
- Pay S Corporation shareholders' federal and state estimates and business estimates
- Perform year-end functions and prepare files for the outside accountant
- Prepare and file 1099s
