We are seeking a Consumer Product Support Specialist to join our growing customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver best-in-class support to our customers via phone and email, assisting with technical troubleshooting and inquiries about our extensive pet product line-including items for Aquatic, Bird, Reptile, Small Animal, Dog, Cat, and Pond categories. You will also manage tasks related to order tracking, shipping issues, and warranty replacements for our B2C operations.
The ideal candidate has extensive / proven technical troubleshooting experience, is self-motivated, and has exceptional communication skills. You'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the reputation of our brand, and supporting our commitment to providing top-tier products and services.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in call center roles or technical troubleshooting.
- Remote work proficiency, including dedicated workspace setup (desk and chair).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly when managing challenging customers and high-stress situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with pet retail or knowledge of pet products is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools is an advantage.
