Job Overview
The Service Cashier plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience for our service customers.
This includes:
- Accurately processing customer payments (cash, check, credit card) and providing receipts.
- Reconciling customer invoices and closing out open repair orders.
- Handling customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintaining and organizing repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms, and other documents.
- Supporting the service and parts departments with phone coverage and clerical tasks.
- Staying informed on our products, services, and pricing updates.
- Keeeping your work area and appearance clean and professional at all times.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support the team.
